RHOA Star Kelli Ferrell Hit With Temporary Restraining Order After Allegedly Breaking Into Neighbor’s Home and Being “Physically Restrained” as She Speaks Out
Kelli Ferrell has been hit with a temporary restraining order after allegedly entering her neighbor’s home without permission.
Amid her court fight against her ex-husband, Chuvalo “Mark” Ferrell, the 40-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta
According to a September 10 report from Us Weekly, Monualda requested the protective order against Kelli, who owns a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Atlanta, on September 2, claiming Kelli “aggressively entered [her] private patio, through [her] private gate in a violent manner” on August 9.
“This incident occurred after her vehicle was booted for again violating [guidelines] by parking in a narrow driveway which is also a designated fire lane,” she explained, adding that Kelli was “accompanied by others” and that there was video footage of the incident.
Monualda’s court documents went on to state that Kelli had to be “physically restrained and removed during which time she engaged in bizarre behavior while making a series of irratic (sic) verbal threats. Some of which were clear and others that were unintelligible.”
Monualda requested that Kelli be ordered to stop harassing and intimidating her, and to be kept away from her and her family, while also asking a court to force Kelli to seek appropriate psychiatric and psychological services. However, the judge only agreed that Kelli should be kept 30 yards away.
In response to the allegations, Kelli’s rep told Us Weekly, “Since the announcement of Kelli’s involvement with The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Mrs. Cash has engaged in a concerning pattern of behavior directed at Kelli and her family … Out of respect for all parties, we will not be commenting further at this time. We strongly urge that Kelli’s privacy — and that of her family — be respected, and we caution against the spread of misinformation.”
A September 22 hearing will determine whether or not the temporary restraining order will be made permanent.
In other Kelli Ferrell news, the RHOA star is currently in a legal battle with Mark, who filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy earlier this year, claiming he had $214,198 in assets and $383,231 in liabilities.
In court documents, Kelli asked that Chuvalo’s proposed repayment plan be rejected, claiming he did not disclose certain judgments.
“Clearly, [Chuvalo] is attempting to hide how much money he makes so he would not have to repay as much of his debts, and the [Chuvalo’s] proposed Plan payments does not apply the entirety of his income is left over after necessary living expenses and other financial obligations,” her lawyer stated.
But in a message from his rep to Us Weekly, Chuvalo denied her claims.
“[Chuvalo] has complied fully with all court requirements under federal bankruptcy law,” the rep said. “It is deeply troubling that, instead of seeking resolution through appropriate legal channels, [Kelli] continues to publicly attack [Chuavlo] — routinely omitting key facts — seemingly to support a public narrative rather than pursue genuine resolution,” the rep shared.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 17 is currently in production.
“Dancing Through Agony”: Kaitlyn Bristowe ADMITS She’s STILL Tormented by DWTS Injuries, Revealing Sleepless Nights, Tears Behind Closed Doors, and the Emotional Toll That Almost Broke Her

Kaitlyn Bristowe, 40, has said she is "still suffering years later" from injuries she sustained while on Dancing With The Stars.
The Canadian TV personality won season 29 of the show in 2020 and was partnered with Artem Chigvintsev. However, she has explained that her win didn't come easily, citing one piece of advice she'd urge any new contestant to follow.
Speaking on Tori Spelling's misSPELLING podcast about her tips for season 34's contestants, Kaitlyn said, "I just would have said, don't injure yourself. That was like my main focus was to stop getting injured all the time." Kaitlyn isn't the only one who has struggled on DWTS, with pro Daniella Karagach admitting she danced with injuries last season.
Continuing, Kaitlyn explained that she is "still suffering years later from cracked ribs and pulling a muscle that was under my ribs, and my tendonitis will flare up every time I wear heels now."

The 40-year-old, who is best known for her time on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, additionally said her injuries were completely worth it as she ended up winning her season. Kaitlyn even went as far as declaring, "I'll do it again."
Kaitlyn also explained that "it would be scary to know how much work and injury you go through to get to the end. Like, it's crazy to get to the end."
"It's crazy because one of my girlfriends had won it from the season before," the TV star told Tori, referring to Hannah Brown, who won DWTS season 28.
"I was like, 'Why did you not prepare me?' And she was like, 'I don't think people should prepare them, because then they won't do it.'"
However, this is not the first time Kaitlyn has spoken about the toll Dancing With The Stars had on her body, as during the show itself in 2020, she told producers that she may have to quit due to an ankle injury. Although, despite this, Kaitlyn and Artem scored 22/30 for their foxtrot that week.
Dancing With The Stars season 34 premieres live on September 16 on ABC and Disney+.
