“THE $100 MILLION DOWNFALL”: Erika Jayne’s Fairytale Romance TURNS INTO A NIGHTMARE as Boyfriend John ‘Shrek’ McPhee DRAGS Her Into a Beverly Hills Property SCAM That Leaves Her BANKRUPT, HUMILIATED, and LEGALLY CORNERED
What was supposed to be Erika Jayne’s rebirth after years of legal battles has now spiraled into yet another headline-grabbing disaster. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star — once synonymous with luxury, power, and unapologetic glam — is reportedly on the brink of financial ruin again, after boyfriend John “Shrek” McPhee allegedly roped her into a $100 million Beverly Hills property scheme that has now been exposed as a massive fraud.
The Dream Home That Never Was
According to insiders, Erika and John were “ecstatic” when they believed they had found the perfect investment — a palatial Beverly Hills mansion they were told was “safe, lucrative, and tied to major developers.” Instead, sources claim, the property was part of a long-disputed legal battle over ownership, leaving the couple millions of dollars deep into a collapsing deal.
“Erika thought this was her comeback — a chance to prove she could stand on her own,” one insider revealed. “Instead, she walked straight into another financial nightmare. The property was never legally secure. It’s a disaster, and now her name is attached to it.”
When the truth surfaced, investors pulled out, lawyers got involved, and Erika was reportedly left responsible for hundreds of thousands in lost deposits, unpaid fees, and legal penalties. The irony? She’d publicly bragged about the purchase on social media — calling it her “fresh start” — before it all unraveled.
From Glam to Guilt
Friends say the once-fearless “XXpen$ive” singer is now emotionally shattered, isolating herself from the RHOBH cast and avoiding filming as the scandal grows.
“She’s humiliated,” a friend confessed. “She trusted John completely. After everything with Tom [Girardi], she thought this was her second chance — her safe love story. Instead, he dragged her right back into chaos.”
The relationship, which insiders describe as “volatile and codependent,” has reportedly turned toxic amid the fallout. Sources claim John — known in Beverly Hills circles for his aggressive business dealings — has been “defensive and dismissive” as Erika’s team scrambles to salvage what’s left of her finances.
“He introduced her to the wrong people,” the insider added. “And now, those people are threatening lawsuits. It’s déjà vu — but worse.”
A Legal Storm on the Horizon
Documents are reportedly being prepared that could formally name Erika as a participant in the disputed real estate deal, potentially opening the door to new lawsuits. The last thing the embattled reality star needs is another court battle, especially after years spent entangled in her ex-husband’s billion-dollar fraud scandal.
“John’s the one who brought the deal,” a legal source claimed, “but Erika’s name is on the paperwork. If this goes to court, she won’t be spared. She’s legally cornered — and emotionally destroyed.”
The Downfall of a Diamond
Once the epitome of Beverly Hills luxury, Erika Jayne’s empire now stands on fragile ground. Her once-lavish image has been reduced to ashes, her reputation bruised beyond repair, and her trust in men seemingly shattered for good.
“She’s broke, broken, and betrayed — again,” a Bravo insider summarized. “And this time, it might finally be the end of Erika Jayne as we know her.”
“THE BROTHERHOOD IS BREAKING”: Craig Conover TEASES ‘Monster’ Season of Southern Charm, REVEALS He and Austen’s Explosive Fights Nearly Turned Physical, and Admits He’s Finally Ready to Settle Down With Natalie Buffett

Craig Conover teased the upcoming “monster” season of Southern Charm – revealing that he and Austen Kroll “can’t stop fighting.” The 36-year-old also hinted at getting married when he “find[s] the right person,” and suggested he’s a “fixer” in relationships.
Last season, Craig and Austen feuded so hard that Craig asked his costar to sell him his share of their podcast. For a moment, it seemed the friendship was over, though they patched things up before the season finale.
Speaking to Alex Weiss for Interview Magazine, Craig teased the new season, which recently finished filming.
“Season 11’s a monster season,” he said. “Everyone’s going to be really excited. I haven’t felt like this in a couple years. You get to see a lot of new chapters in people’s lives and some fresh faces. Southern Charm fans will be really happy. Austin and I are opening a wedding venue in Charleston, even though we can’t stop fighting with each other all the time.”
He said his wedding venue with Austen is “slightly more affordable than a lot of the places down here.”
“It’s an all-in-one location so that you can do your ceremony, your reception, and your afterparty there,” he explained. “Maybe I’ll get my officiant’s license.”
Later, Craig was asked if he would get married there.
“Well, when I find the right person,” he answered. “I’m really excited to continue to challenge myself, and when the time is right, it’ll be right. I think that’s way easier said than done because I’m such a fixer.”
Alex responded, “Fix your garden, not your girl.”
“The plants don’t care if you have a messy week,” added Craig. “They just want you to show up for them. I talk to myself enough during the day, and now I talk to bees and plants too. The plants don’t judge you.”
On last season’s finale of Southern Charm, Craig addressed his breakup with Paige DeSorbo.
“Paige and I had a great Thanksgiving together,” Craig shared at the time, via Bravo TV. “Everything was normal at her parents’, like our chemistry and everything. Then, a couple of weeks later she called me and was like, ‘We gotta talk.’”
“[The breakup] was really calm,” he went on. “She’s like, ‘I need to like find myself’ and she’s like, ‘I have to take control of my life again, and we need to break up.’”
