"THE MAN LISA COULDN’T CONTROL”: Harry Hamlin CELEBRATES 1 YEAR OF SOBRIETY, EXPOSES The Emotional Toll of Rinna’s Chaos, and Vows He’ll ‘Never Go Back’ to the Life That Almost Ruined Him
Lisa Rinna is one of the most talked-about Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars of all time. As a result, so is her husband, beloved actor Harry Hamlin. Now, he’s opening up about his sobriety after hitting a significant milestone as well as pursuing other healthy living endeavors.
Lisa, 61, joined RHOBH during the show’s 5th season. Naturally, Harry, 73, made several appearances on the Bravo series before she departed at the end of season 12.
Recently, Harry opened up on the Let’s Not Talk About the Husbands podcast about his health journey. Specifically, Lisa was discussing his jeans and how well they fit. He began, “Here’s the thing. Since I’ve been intermittent fasting, and since I haven’t been using alcohol, which by the way, today is one year.”
Lisa chimmed in, “You guys, one year back sober?” He continued, “Yeah. Wasn’t that big of a deal, but yeah, I decided to not use alcohol again. So I have lost a considerable amount of weight, and there are very few pants that I own today that fit me the way these do, because these were too small when I got them, and now they fit perfectly because I’ve lost 15 pounds.”
He went on to say that quitting drinking had not been difficult for him. He continued, “I’m very happy. I was always tempted to have a glass of wine in the evening, have some liquor to go to sleep.”
Harry also discussed how he previously quit drinking for a four-year period but continued taking Ambien during that time. He said of the medication, “For me, Ambien is like a deadly drug.” The actor also shared that his two brothers had drug and alcohol addiction issues and sadly passed away from complications related to their use of various substances. This is one of the reasons he decided to quit drinking and using Ambien.

Kim Zolciak Subpoenaed In $100 Million Divorce by Man’s Estranged Wife Demanding Answers Over Gifts (Exclusive)

Kim Zolciak was subpoenaed as part of a man’s ongoing divorce with his estranged wife, who demanded the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star answer questions about gifts he bought her,
On September 30, court documents were filed that showed Zolciak was served with a subpoena demanding she appear for a deposition as part of a man named
Mowitz filed for divorce from his wife, Jillian Green, in March. The paperwork said Zolciak was served at the parking lot of a high school in Georgia.
A lawyer for Zolciak, 47, responded to a request that she appear for a deposition on October 15 and bring certain documents and communications.
Zolciak opposed the request that she be forced to appear. She called the subpoena “unreasonable, oppressive and intended to annoy and embarrass her.”
The subpoena asked that Zolciak turn over all communications with Mowitz, any communications between Zolciak and another third party regarding “payment for services or communications concerning [Mowitz],” Green, their children or the divorce. She also asked for any documents regarding gifts from Mowitz, or any business he owns has given her.
Green also requested “any and all documents regarding or pertaining to your financial relationship with Kyle Mowitz, including but not limited to gifts given or received from Kyle, expenses paid on your behalf by Mr. Mowitz or any business in which he is connected, monies loaned to you and monies paid to you by Mr. Mowitz or any businesses with which he is connected.”
The subpoena also demanded Zolciak turn over documents regarding travel with Mowitz, including the travel arrangements, itinerary, where they stayed and the payment of all expenses associated with said travel.
Green also wanted Zolciak to turn over communications with third parties, and any and all documents relating to any and all contact between Zolciak’s estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, and Mowitz.
Mowitz’s lawyer, Marvin Solomiany, tells Us, “We are not going to litigate the facts surrounding our client’s divorce case outside of the applicable legal proceedings. We encourage you to review the pleadings we have filed on our client’s behalf, which accurately represent our client’s position relating to this matter. As to Ms. Kim Zolciak, Ms. Mowitz’s decision to involve her in the divorce case is highly unnecessary as any relationship our client may have with her only began after the parties’ separation.”
A judge has yet to rule.
In his initial petition, Mowitz listed the date of marriage as June 24, 2017, and said they were currently separated. Mowitz said he shares two minor children with his estranged wife.
The paperwork showed the exes lived in separate homes in Georgia. He asked the court to award him joint legal and physical custody of their kids.

Mowitz also claimed there was no hope for a reconciliation with his ex. He said his wife did not need support and argued she was an “able-bodied adult capable of gainful employment.”
A month later, Green responded to Mowitz’s petition. She asked the court to award her primary custody but was on board with joint legal custody. Her counterclaim requested Mowitz pay her child and spousal support.
In her filing, Green claimed she trusted her ex to handle their “substantial wealth.”
She claimed her estranged husband created a family trust in 2021. “[Mowitz] was engaged in an extra-marital affair and contemplating divorce at the time he created and funded the Trust” the counterclaim alleged.
She claimed Mowitz transferred the majority of their assets into the trust before the divorce. She claimed he had power over the trust and he left her in the dark.
In another document, Green claimed the trust had over $100 million invested in it. She claimed her ex’s income was a “mystery.”
In another filing, Mowitz accused his estranged wife of being the one who stepped out on the marriage. He alleged she had one extramarital affair.
Both denied all allegations of wrongdoing in the case.
As Us previously reported, Zolciak and Biermann, 40, split in 2023 and are still in the middle of finalizing their bitter divorce. They are both demanding sole custody of their minor children.
