‘Single as a pringle? Not anymore…’ — The Valley’s Brittany Cartwright spotted holding hands with mystery new man on Hollywood date night as ex Jax Taylor drags out bitter divorce
THE VALLEY star Brittany Cartwright has been caught on a date night with a new mystery man after her split from husband Jax Taylor.
In The U.S. Sun's exclusive photos, Brittany, 36, cozies up to the tall, handsome new guy at the At Home With Narwal's End of Summer Soiree in West Hollywood on August 21.
According to an onlooker, Brittany came to the party with friend and brand-new mom Kristen Doute, 42, and her new man, who wore a white tee-shirt and dark pants.
"It was clear he was Brittany’s date for the evening," the source told The U.S. Sun.
“He was very respectful and gave them their distance to have a girls' chat, but he only had eyes for Brittany.
“At one point, he was seen rubbing her shoulders.
“He was very handsome and being coy but extremely attentive and joking with her."
The trio stayed for more than an hour, and when they left, the date helped Brittany down the stairs.
"They were holding hands as they walked to the valet," the onlooker continued.
“Brittany looked quite smitten and was glowing all evening.
"She appeared to be enjoying his company and they made a cute couple.”
A rep for Brittany did not respond to The U.S. Sun's request for comment.

Brittany separated from Jax, 46, in February 2024, and filed for divorce that August.
Brittany, who is the mom of 4-year-old son Cruz, has struggled with Jax's controlling, jealous, violent and erratic behavior in the midst of the split.
On The Valley reunion, she claimed Jax was dragging out their divorce in order to see if he could get spousal support in the case he was fired from the show. (He eventually was let go in the wake of his disturbing on-camera behavior, which included watching Brittany through home security cameras without her knowing.)
After the split, Brittany admitted to briefly seeing Jax's former acquaintance Julian Sensley, but the relationship didn't last. (Jax flew into a rage when he learned of the fling, she later said.)
This summer, she also was reportedly casually dating singer songwriter Will Gittens.
But in July, Brittany told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live that she was "single as a pringle."
JAX'S TROUBLES
While Brittany is moving on, Jax has not only been removed from The Valley, but let go from his bar Jax's Studio City as well.
He now claims to be sober after two rehab stints for an admitted cocaine addiction.
In The U.S. Sun's latest exclusive, Jax was accused of sleeping with several female staff members of his former bar.
"He used his power there and his charm to manipulate his own staffers. Make us think we were the first employee he had ever been with so that we had to keep it a secret," one employee said.
“He would make me believe he would never risk breaking the rules for anyone else but me.
“Sometimes at the bar, he would make sexual comments or inappropriate innuendos at the workplace.
“I know it made me feel uncomfortable because I wouldn't know how to respond, given he's still my boss and I was at work. We all felt like we had to go along with it."
