RHOP's Wendy Osefo, Husband Eddie Osefo Arrested on Fraud Charges in Maryland
Wendy Osefo and husband Eddie Osefo are facing legal trouble.
The Real Housewives of Potomac star and her husband were arrested in Westminster, Maryland, Oct. 9, according to online court records viewed by E! News. Wendy is facing 16 charges, including seven felonies for allegedly giving false information in excess of $300, the court records revealed. The 41-year-old is also facing a misdemeanor count for making a false statement to a police officer.
As for Eddie, he is facing 18 charges, including nine felonies over allegedly giving false information in excess of $300, per the court records.
The couple—who share children Karter, 11,
E! News has reached out to reps for the Osefos as well as the Carroll County Sheriff's Office for comment and has yet to hear back.
News of their arrest comes a little over a month after their
Wendy had recently weighed in on Karen's release ahead of RHOP's season 10 premiere Oct. 5, which featured footage of her leaving prison.

While there’s no evidence indicating that their arrests were related to Eddie’s burgeoning cannabis line Happy Eddie, the former professor had recently boasted about the financial success of the company, which he was in the process of expanding.
"I’m really proud of Eddie," she told Bravo's The Daily Dish in an interview published Oct. 5. "Happy Eddie is taking off, especially now that it’s in three different states,” she said, gushing about the business expansion. “Happy Eddie is—you know—financially successful. Cha-ching!"
Her husband shared similar sentiment on the season 10 premiere.
"Aren’t you guys proud of me? I started with one state, and now I’m growing the business into multiple states,” he told the kids in the episode. "So you can now see, as an entrepreneur, when you put your mind to something, you can grow your business."

Naomie Olindo is Accused of Looking “So Different” in New Pic With Boyfriend Billy Haire as Southern Charm Fans Suspect Surgery
Naomie Olindo stepped out with her boyfriend, Billy Haire, over the weekend, sparking rumors of potential plastic surgery.
After sharing a series of images on her Instagram page, including a red carpet photo of her and Billy, 39, the 32-year-old Southern Charm alum, who confirmed a boob job in June and previously went public with a nose job, was met with rumors of veneers or eyelid surgery, as well as speculation about Botox and other fillers.
“THANK YOU to everyone that attended last night’s gala benefiting the [Charleston Animal Society] … It was my honor to be your chair and witness SO much generosity in that room. Because of you, these animals’ lives are changed for good. I can’t wait to see you next year!” Naomie wrote in the caption of her October 5 post.
After sharing the slideshow, Naomie’s fans and followers wrote messages like, “So sad you don’t look like Naomi,” and “Does not even look like her anymore.”
The image also made its way to Reddit, where someone said she was “looking so different to me.”
“I would really like to know what she had done. There is more than a nose job here,” the person alleged.
Meanwhile, others pointed out that Naomie had previously spoken about her use of Botox and filler.
“She seems pretty open about the work she does, so maybe she will spill all the deets sometime,” a Redditor stated.
Someone else said it looked like Naomie had gotten “veneers,” but another claimed it was “actually composite bonding.”
“I know this because I’ve been following her journey with it and now want to get it done myself … So not fully veneers, just helps to make the teeth look better,” they shared.
Then, as others pointed out that Naomie was now sporting dark straight hair, rather than her wavy blonde hair, an “eyelid surgery” was mentioned.
Back in June, after admitting to getting a breast augmentation, Naomie insisted she does “less now than ever before” when it came to procedures.
“I dissolved all my filler in 2022, no more filler ever. Just Botox around my eyes and nose. I really think less is more with filler. I also tattooed my lips a natural shade which was scary but I’m sooo happy I did!” she explained.
Naomie Olindo was featured on Southern Charm as a “friend” from seasons three to five and in a full-time role on seasons six and eight.
